During project implementation phases
The project began on 8th March 2017, with Stage 1 site clearance and foundations. Stage 2 involved the brickwork, internal wall removal and roofing construction together with the construction of a glass fiibre flat roof and installation of bi fold doors and a roof lantern. Stage 3 involved 1st and 2nd fix installations, underfloor heating, plastering, painting and kitchen installation.

After - project completion
Externally, the final stage included the re-laying of a new patio, lawn returfing and new fencing; internally final touches to the design were added by us in partnership with our customer.
